| 小脳の分子発現パタンの解析 | |||
| 小脳皮質は、局所神経回路はほぼ均一であるが、同一種のニューロンでも、特定の分子発現のプロファイルに大きな違いが存在する。似たような分子発現プロファイルを持っているプルキンエ細胞集団は縦縞区画に存在する傾向がある。そのような縦縞は、同一の軸索投射パタンを持つ傾向があり、同じ様な機能的に関わる集団であると考えられる。分子発現プロファイルによって規定される縦縞区画の構造と機能的意義を解析している。 | |||
